In today's video, I have some spectators: an owl, a whole flock of Golden Eagles learning how to fly, and some baby pheasants! They made my day!!! I am driving my Dad's new combine with the dual tires because he is getting the 3rd combine ready to go after putting the new seal in it. Jim is driving my combine and we are harvesting winter wheat on our Montana farm. I explain a lot of things today and I am very happy that we now have three combines in the field. We see Darcy in his semi-truck. You will get to see what a coulee or ravine looks like. We can even see another field fire in the distance
KAte,,thanks again for the experience,,,i feel you are giving us an education as a friend and neighbor would!! What a looongg and tough work day!! WOW, no one appreciates how hard farmers work to make a living, pay expenses, equipment costs, and all needed to make todays farm work and to still do it in a timely manner to feed all of us in town 1500 miles distant!! Hope you have a safe and trouble free day as well!! bill in alabama
Hi Kate, great video very much enjoyable, how many gallons of fuel does your combine take for a full day of harvest? And oil changes per hrs of use ? Bye from tx
