This has always been the case - users criticize the creators, it is the engineer's job to adequately respond to constructive criticism and eliminate shortcomings while simultaneously improving the accumulated material. It is very good that there are still such engineers and "Kulibins" in the good sense of the word. And the state should support such people, not all the "beggars" Miller and Gref give.
Only reality shows that such crafts are only cool, but as a rule they do not survive in practice either abroad or in the vastness of the USSR and the post-Soviet space.
In general, I respect the author and his colleagues and assistants for translating their ideas into practical hardware.
