I really pity on this poor worker. No safety between the sharpen blade at all, for daily routine life, they have to survive for these life for them and their family...
Call me crazy but you could definitely take some of that wood you are cutting and building a sliding guide for those logs.
Today there is a sawmill that likes to saw wood like them but can improve. For example, a roller on both sides of the saw so as not to force it, glasses and gloves and hearing protection.
When the log fell apart in half, I thought everything, fuck the tree, I see no, somehow they managed to cut relatively even rails. The main thing is that everything is with fingers) apparently you can’t stay alive there, if anything.
No shirt , no shoes , no hearing protection , no eye protection . I'm guessing no work men's comp insurance in case of on the job injuries . Kinda like the company doesn't think much of their employees !
