Man, the guys with no gloves, and the guy pulling the blades out of the rotating drum with no ear protection. And I didn't see any eye protection anywhere, And I had to wonder about the fumes... I never appreciated OSHA so much in my life.
Exaggerated health and safety requirements have become the death of small industries in the developed world. If introduced into places like Pakistan and India ( developing countries) they can kiss their futures goodbye. Unionisation/ OHS = higher prices!
It's unfortunate that they don't have proper safety equipment. They need respirators and hearing/eye protection at a minimum. Grinder guy is going to develop pneumoconiosis and have health problems for the rest of his life.
Workers doesn't have proper suits and uniforms that will make them safe from machines and site accidents. Poor people they deserve more than profit than salary they get, safety
