This is a recording of my dash cam. I had a pickup cut me off and brake check me. He achieved his goal of getting rear ended.

Unfortunately the driver had to change his story after he was informed by the CHP officer that he was caught on camera. This happened on I-15 just before the 395 exit in Hesperia. You see the pickup show up on my left at about a minute into the recording.

Com:King J: If you rear end someone you are automatically at fault because You were following to close and not allowing the legal space between you and the car in-front of you. A car should be able to safely stop without you hitting it.
