This video was made just for fun. Yes, it took me longer to set up than it did to split--that's not the point. This is not how I normally split my firewood. The wood in this video is dry Douglas Fir and I assure you, all pieces were split.

All I could think of was a cartoon image of me missing the wood; hitting the tyre and the axe bouncing back and splitting my skull.
I like this iidea its so simple yet unbeatablely reliable. Plus it must help the axe head bounce so your not having to stop it and twist ya back thanks!!
