Comment : Chorrell : There are signs on the light posts in the middle. There is a construction sign together with 40 speed limit. Besides, dude was cutting 3 lanes without any possible vision of what is in the lane he is about to go into, fully his fault. There could have been broken car, slow car or whatever and he would still slam right into it.
