Comments: - Great video , although far too many chances for contamination before and during the actual applying of the tread , contamination during the retread process Must be kept at zero or as close to it as possible this really is the most important part of the whole process , the inspection of the casing internally should really be done First because once its Buffed and partly prepared if a Major damage is found the casing is useless . im honestly not trying to put down the people or the process but having run a retread plant im only too aware of the problems contamination causes later in the casings life . i would be interested to know why you use a steel insert before going into the autoclave and also the reason for inserting an inner tube ...
Retreaded tires are a huge business the world over. It's great to see this company not letting these tires go to waste. These guys are skillfully turning the used casings into a valuable product. Great video. Please make a video about line boring
How many times has the tyre been retreaded no wonder they have so many blow outs and the way they repair damaged walls is beyond belief.
RETREAD...not ringtread...TIRE not tyre...I suggest a black permanent dye to sidewalls to make tires look new...keep up the good work, men.
