it doesn't turn over the dirt correctly so there's a lot of stubble still on the surface/poking out, needs some adjustments?
Lovely bit of ploughing. Why only 9 furrows when the 1050 can easily pull 12. Something to do with turning on the headlands or transport ?,
This power is dedicated to 15 to 20 furrows ploughs. The more I see videos of the 1050, the more I'm convinced it's the worst tractor on the market.
I am well versed in the Heavy Road building, and Demolition world, but I am quite intruged by the Farming world. I do find the equipment, and amount of hard work quite intresting, considering how much the world depends on the food these people grow for us to eat
My response is related to the question posed by Bob Goddard--what is the next step after deep plowing. Typically, deep plowing is performed to counteract soil compaction. Looser soil improves crop yields and drainage. However, there may be other conditions that warrant deep plowing. Spent or exhausted soil can be improved by adding organic matter. So, the farmer will deep plow and disc, then add abundant organic matter or manure; then leave the field untilled. The farmer may repeat the process again depending on the condition of the soil. Hope that helps you understand the typical role of deep plowing.
