What would the world do without reflective vests? Those examples where floating loads are involved they clearly forgot to consider the shifting centers of gravity because of flotation. Just plain ignorant!!!!! No nice way to say it.
Com : Anthony : If you look carefully you can see they extend the boom to far out, and have underestimated the distance the crane is from the job, I'd sack them
