I would love to be on one of those bombers and flying with the crew to where they are going to, and back. I use to work on the G models they had at Barksdale AFB, and got to fly to our satellite base on one when they was changing the aircraft out. The thing which amazed me was how they landed so effortlessly where when you land in other aircraft you knew it because of the noise from the landing gears.
I always wondered if they could put a multi target air to air radar on this plane and use it as a standoff air denial platform in support of interceptors with the immense payload capacity those buffs can hold.
