Bazz in bulgaria : Title is very misleading...in almost all of the clips it was NOT the helicopter which failed....it was the pilot who screwed up. These incidents have been available for viewing for quite a few years and in many cases the footage is much clearer....and just to burst your bubble, Tomas Coronado, most of the pilots survived.
Phantom: No 3 isn't technically a helicopter, but the Osprey does try and kill every pilot that try's to fly them.
