We rent everything and a service tech won't dare turn up the machine even after the machine has been broken-in. I even offered a case of premium whiskey once to a cat mechanic to turn me up... Nope. Companies that own the machines outright will rarely turn up hydraulic pressures due to the fact it can void warranties. Everything is laptop now.
