To make the straw season, what do you need to have? (age, license ?, mechanical skills? ...). Because I know how to bundle but I have never done with a square press. And I've never loaded a big platter like that either.
In any case, for some time now in my home in the Basque country, I keep seeing trucks full of straw pass by!
