The Nordana Star for Symphony Shipping was christened and launched sideways on July 3, 2015 at the Ferus Smit shipyard in Leer, Germany.
Thereby, a huge flood wave was generated. The Nordana Star is 122.5 meter long, 17 meter wide and has a deadweight of 10500 tons. Four further sister ships will follow.
