Large-scale mining activities, which are developing in parallel with the increasing raw material need in the world, brought about the need for huge machines. Reaching the highest production levels per unit time has been the primary factor that guides today's mining operations as the primary condition of reducing unit costs.
For this reason, the large hydraulic excavators developed with Hitachi's expertise and experience offer the most effective solutions to minimize unit production costs, together with the high durability standards required by the growing business. Offering models ranging from the 70-ton class ZX670LCH-3 to the 800-ton EX8000, crowned with being the world's largest hydraulic excavator, with diesel and electric engine options from the 120-ton class, Hitachi makes the mountains that seem almost impenetrable, the work that is called impossible to do is done.
