Has been a while since a plane spotting video has caught my eye like this. Great filming. What do you do to make the swivel (side to side movements) so smooth - is it a camera setting, the tripod, or both? Are you able to track the airplane itself? Subscribed

 

Very nice.  The landing at 7:03 was particularly interesting to me because it looked like, after reaching a certain level, the pilot (on purpose or not) kept the nose nearly at the same level while the plane lost lift and the rest of the plane lowered, with the pilot lowering the nose only after the main landing gear touched the ground.  It reminded me of certain animals, birds usually, when they move while temporarily keeping their heads still.  First time I saw a big plane landing like that.  Quite cool.  Thanks for this one more nice video.
