com: Bobby: Now if California had any brains at all they would acquire a few of these and put some one to work and cleaning up all the mountains and hills that no more out of control fires would devastate. The expense would only be a fraction of what the fire would cost to contain. Just make the mountains a park type atmosphere even the animals would appreciate it.
Mulching is all nice and fast, but the root systems are all still there. You can't make it productive land until cleared.
Com: Thell: Wow !! That's one bad ass mulch grinder there I wish I had ,that would grate in the southern US were there they don't have any rocks,these don't hold up very good in rocky conditions
Com: Perry: great machines in a sand box put them out in the real world where you hit a rock and tear shanks out of drums or changing teeth or the real maitenace involved like changing gear boxes, belts drive shafts,u joints ect my company has tried virtually every brush grinder on the market and designed and built our own in the last 25 years tigercat with a fae head works best we use 2oo Hitachi hoes and change from grinder head to bucket the best machine out there is a dozer and a dam good operater l know for l work for the second largest power utility in North America 35 yrs l know what works and what doesn't.
