After a few hours waiting for anything to arrive and on the brink of giving up, Hoss flight of four strike eagles called the lichfield corridor for LFA7 (low fly area 7 - Wales).
Comments: - - Beautiful aircraft - and great photography. Can’t neglect to give credit to the young men and women with the skill and the courage to pilot them.
As a kid in my early teens, i built a 1/48 scale model of the Eagle. That was 40 years ago. I will have to say that the old bird has aged very wel
Love the Eagle. And what made me happy is that the US Airforce just ordered brand new ones. They also announced they gonna retire the F22 throughout the 2030s which means the Eagle will probably outlive the aircraft that was supposed to replace it. Which is funny to me :D
Damn!. I wish i had the time and money to visit there and witness this for myself. I was blown away when i saw and heard fighter jets flying over NYC late in the evening on 9/11 and from a distance. To be THAT CLOSE and in many instances, ABOVE them, is mind boggling. Love it, awesome flying.
Awesome. Many years ago I was backpacking in the Sierra Nevada near Lake Tahoe and witnessed a couple of jets hugging the terrain and flying through the valley below us.....still get goosebumps remembering it
What do you think about Canada getting F-35 Lightning II’s to replace their aging F-18 Hornets ? I think it would be perfect, because they need stealth, but I wanted to know what your thoughts on the capabilities of the F-35 would be against the rest of the world’s stealth fighters ?
The very best videos of this kind anywhere that I know of!! I am always blown away by the photography, especially the stills! I only I could be in one of those awesome, beautiful things of wonder!
