Richard: As it is not a Hydraulic trailer, which could have been leveled in this section of the road with a camber to the left, there was not much the driver or operators could do.
The cause of the incident is the flexibility of the very light trailer and lobbed hanging between the dollies, which torques significantly and make the load tilt more and more until it pulls the whole trailer over. Lashing was done very well!!
Rather have the lashings less, so that in this case the load would have fallen off and the trailer could flip back on the road. If the trailer had hydraulic suspension, the operators should have leveled it long before such a big tilt!
