Com: Chaos : You're in a cold climate; your landing shouldn't be 5:55 "perfectly level" because when it's been raining in the winter during a warm day and
it freezes at night, your landing will have a thin layer of water that freezes and becomes a hazardous sheet of ice.
I always pitch the stairs away from structures to shed water and keep the landing
stairs dry after rain which prevents freeze-ups in cold climates. Great video...
Com: christel : Excellent video with clear instructions - you do incredible work !!!!!
I have a brick paver doorstep that is sinking in one corner, I can see that a squirrel or chipmunk has been burrowing
tunnels under the stairs as there is the gravel coming out from where the stairs meet the house.
Could you possibly show / explain how to repair this - the sunken area involves 12-16 bricks.
Com: Lallana : I've been in the building trade for 29 years and learned off my father. your workmanship is just like his...old school and excellent. superb mate.
