Com: Christian :I’ve put about 10 big rocks in a row before on each side about 6 years ago.
The train was going fast, so it looked and sounded cool.
For all of those that think a train can be derailed from a few small 1lb rock; please inhale water.
An average train in my city weighs roughly 900 Tons and the front engine weighs about 30 Tons on its own.
A few rocks will have no effect what so ever on a beast like that...
Com: Bass : Me and my friends put a huge slab of concrete on the train tracks and it had to of been over 200 pounds and it was like a damn bomb went off when the train hit it..
Com: Tofutaco:The whole myth of derailing a train is scientifically impossible!
over 1000 tonnes of steel all placed on those little wheels with little contact to the rails,
mean that there is so much force on those wheels, they can crush pretty much any rock, metal, or objects you place under it.
Worst case senario, the rock gets flicked up back at you when the train passes by, and that's the worst thing that is possible.
