I know that problem too - too much rear ballast and Blade too light - wrong machine - wrong application.
Been there. D7HE with Frame mounted Rear grinder also with Electro-Drive = can couple together for MORE power when difficult soft rock grinding.
Hard rock would generate too much heat. But as a Dozer, IT WILL PUSH, and as a rock grinder , it can PULL / HOLD on.
Transport is more of a problem - you want to get the work done, or easy hi-speed transport ? .
Thanks for showing - always an education..
Com: Greg joyner : Not sure but I believe that is a snowplow attachment.
I would not use it for dirt, rocks or heavy work day after day. I say this because there isn't any outboard support on the blade.
Nice machine though...
Com: Cat Challenger tractor : thats a crappy agco painted yellow with the cat name and a sileage blade not a dozer.
Those tracks will slip and be cut to shreds on stone and blade with crack and fail quickly
