I’m no “tree hugger”, but common sense says, the fill / sand has to be mined from somewhere (causing environmental disruption), then filling in wetlands on this scale, with no apparent mitigation shown is even more irresponsible towards the environment..Many similar videos online from Asian countries claim it’s being done for roads, but this is obviously not a road project, more than likely, just adding / creating man made land mass
