I see you take your time , carefull at falling.patience is a good thing. A sine of experience Cedar and fir trees have rot resistance and dead ones will remain standing for many years (100 +) leaving the spike tops you see in the background they make great sawlogs they make some of the best lumber clears colours fantastic

Got one question at about the 9:50 mark in the back ground shot is many of those trees in the shot are they dead on the stump? Just wndering from a cutter on the east coast in the central Appalachians. Since our trees are so different just wondering since most your trees are cone bearing trees I think I am not sure of what I am seeing. Wanting to learn about how things go in other regions that cut timber.

Sweater maintenance.. How do you wash and dry your sweaters in camp? I don't have one of yours but my Viberg sweaters get washed on cold and tumbled for 5 min then tossed over a upside down laundry basket..so far they held up for 2 yrs.
