1967 MAZ-543A arrives (with an extra payload of up to 22000 kg).
It formed the basis for many civilian vehicles, including the AA-60 (543) -160 airport firefighting vehicle (1973), the AA-70 (543) -172 experimental emergency vehicle, and the KS-5571 crane. In 1974, a new prototype modification (MAZ-7310) was presented at the National Economic Achievements Exhibition. In production since 1976.
The MAZ-7310 can work together with the 4WD MAZ-8385 as a road train (total length - 205.5 m). It is used for oil measurements and also as a tractor from Siberian military air bases.
A dump truck MAZ-7510 completely replaced the previous 543 model, including the airport firefighting vehicle AA-60 (7310) -160.01 (1978) and crane KS-5573 (1981).
In January 1983, the payload was increased by another ton with the same dead weight (MAZ-7313 model). This model was mainly used to transport drilling rigs, KS-5576 and KS-6571 lifting cranes and AA-60 (7313) -160.01 and AA-60 (7313) -220 airport firefighting vehicles.
