I want one of these but I'm a little worried about the tires mulching in the back as the bed is too small. I would replace the hydraulic bed with an open top fixed bed because anything you put in there properly will need a front loader. Also, I would get steps similar to the rearmost ones, but on the whole truck they can be ripped off due to ground clearance if you go offroad. A pair of portal axles, a good baseplate underneath, right habd drive and manual transmission and you're in business.
