The one time I rented a RV and took a trip to NYC, the RV park we stayed at just happened to have a Rotel bus there.
Chatting with the driver, I'd never heard of Rotel before, said he had a load of German passengers, touring the US.
It wasn't an off-road bus like the one in this video, but it was configured the same way with all the little sleeping quarters in the back and the regular seats up front, very interesting looking bus!
Every morning the driver would set up the kitchen and make breakfast for his passengers, fascinating way to travel!
I have to say most of the busses feel like they are to narrow like if one would take a corner to fast or if the road is slightly to high on one end they might fall over. I feel like some should be lower in body(not wheel height for the ground clearance) but also wider so it can handle corners better.
The bussed i'm talking about are the:
1. Beachmaster
2. The 4x4 escolar
3. Torsus praetorian
4. atacama hat bus
These i feel could benefit from either wider wheels or wider axles since all might have more height for the wheels the roof is so much higher that it could become a problem from what i see..
