Mumpy:it all depends where the meta-center is.
if M is closer to center of gravity you have slow rolling motion.
if M has a bigger distance to G the ship will get quicker in upright position. and then you have FMS which will make it roll more if the fms is too great.
Everett: There's a video on here of a ship with 30* pitch. Started at 5* and just got worse and worse.
I don't get seasick but I think I'd be hugging the head with that much pitch and roll lol...

always wanted to go to sea but as a kid growing up in London in the early 80s there seemed no opportunities other than the RN.
